Bajeee Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide for Members

1. General Terms

Bajeee (bajeee.ws) is an internationally licensed online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bajeee and each registered member.

In these terms, "we", "us", or "bajeee" refers to the entity operating the platform. "You", "member", or "user" refers to any individual registered on or using bajeee.

By using bajeee's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, and participating on this platform of your own free will. Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use bajeee.

• These Terms apply in both Bengali and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

• Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with bajeee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Even if an account is created with incorrect details, it may be closed if verification issues arise later, and deposited funds will not be refunded.

Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or family member's name is strictly prohibited.

• You must provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address accurately at the time of registration.
• KYC verification using a National ID or passport must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be permanently closed.
• Please contact our support team to make any changes to your account details.
• Accounts are non-transferable – allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposits & Payments

Bajeee supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally processed instantly, with no additional charges applied.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• The maximum daily deposit limit varies depending on your account tier.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted, and any such transactions will be reversed.
• If your deposit is delayed, please contact support with your payment reference number.
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.

Deposited funds are to be used for betting and gaming purposes. At least one bet must be placed before withdrawing a deposit (rollover: 1x).

4. Withdrawal Policy

Bajeee is committed to ensuring fast, hassle-free withdrawals. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳5,00,000 (subject to change based on account tier).
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals may be held if a bonus turnover requirement has not been completed.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Each bonus carries a specific turnover requirement (typically 5x–30x).
• Once a bonus is activated, the turnover requirement must be completed within the specified period (typically 7–30 days).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• bajeee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Some bonuses may be restricted to specific sports or markets.

In any bonus-related dispute, bajeee's decision is final. If bonus abuse or a breach of terms is detected, the bonus will be voided without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

Please make sure you fully understand the betting rules before placing any bets on bajeee. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled – so verify all details before placing your bet.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except where a cash-out option is available.
• bajeee reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly displayed in error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• bajeee is not responsible for any issues arising from internet latency during live betting.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market.
• Betting through match-fixing or the use of inside information is strictly prohibited.

Bajeee follows internationally recognised sports result verification bodies for the settlement of all bets. In the event of any dispute over a result, bajeee's decision is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

Bajeee is committed to maintaining a fair and secure betting environment. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Bonus Abuse – placing strategic bets solely for the purpose of obtaining a bonus.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour towards support staff or other members.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Bajeee reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or close any account at any time. Members may also close their own account voluntarily.

• If evidence of a rule violation is found, bajeee reserves the right to suspend the account immediately.
• To close your account, email our support team directly.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period has elapsed.
• Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded (provided no rule violations are found).
• A management fee may apply to inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months).

9. Limitation of Liability

Bajeee is committed to delivering the highest quality service; however, our liability is limited in certain respects.

10. Changes to Terms
